1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 200% is provided on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. If wagering is not completed before the expiry date, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Betting limits may apply while playing with bonus funds; see the terms of the specific offer.
• je778 reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If the same person or household claims the same bonus through multiple accounts, it will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — the wagering requirement must be met first.

6 Gaming Rules

General rules relating to gaming on the je778 platform:

If any of these prohibitions are violated, je778 may permanently close the account and forfeit all balances without prior warning.

8 Limitation of Liability

je778 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or issues with your device.
• Issues caused by delays or failures of third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Unauthorised access resulting from sharing account details.
• Service unavailability during temporary maintenance or system upgrades.

In any circumstance, je778's total liability shall not exceed your current account balance.
